Making provisions for old age or illness is important. And this doesn't just mean the obvious matters such as wealth planning. In particular, the timely planning of health matters, allocation of responsibilities and preparation for eventualities is important and should not be put on the back burner. We therefore offer the following services for you in the area of pension provision:

• Advice on and preparation of living wills in the event of an emergency or illness
• Advice on and preparation of health care proxies and lasting powers of attorney, in private writing or for notarisation
• Assumption of activities as authorised representative during lifetime, as additional authorised representative or as controlling authorised representative

Law for the elderly

Fortunately, the German social security system offers a wide range of options for receiving and utilising help in old age. Unfortunately, these options are often not utilised or taken advantage of due to a lack of knowledge or support. In some cases, benefits are also cancelled or not approved. We are therefore happy to support you in this area with the following services:
